Three examples of globalization in Japan are anime, manga, and cars.
Anime is an example of globalization in Japan as it is widely known product that is distributed all across the world. Anime is aired on television broadcasting networks and dvds/blu ray discs to video release. Countries do edit anime based on their cultural views, but try to keep it original as it is done in Japan.
Manga is an example of globalization in Japan. Manga is written and drawing form like a comic compared to Anime for TV. These manga books are distributed all over the world. As over the years it has been growing in popularity in countries outside of Japan. Manga is mostly based how Japanese people read from right to left not American way left to right. Not many people how to read manga correctly.
Car is an example of globalization. Car making is one of the big manufacturing in the world. Japan has Car Company, for example Toyota is Japanese Car Company. Toyota makes vehicles that are ship to other countries to sell their products. USA has Toyota cars that a competition for American made cars.
Globalization has its pros and cons. I believe that there are many risks that need to be taken. A pro is to export their products to other countries trying to sell the products. They hope that the products will enough to be very successful. A con to risk is that will be that the product will be able to sell enough. The product could be a total flop where the product is only able to sell in the country where the product is made. For example, there many anime series and manga series that have been dubbed in the English language because anime/manga production in the US have tried to sell the manga first to see if the product will be successful so that anime could be dubbed as well. If the products are not popular, the company will discontinue the products immediately.
